Since Julia has started the cosmetology apprenticship program I have been creating documents to track, and record the progress that we are making. There is actually a lot to keep track of. I have always been an organizer so for me this is really fun. I enjoy transmitting information to her that I personally repeat over and over again. The process is simple. It is the implementation, the daily grind of this routine that is the challenge. So I figured that if I could make that a little more enjoyable then it would be easier to learn. At the salon we have these sheets laminated and placed in the areas where we track the repetition of these tasks.
